Choosing a Review Board Plan¶

Activating Your Server¶
After you install Review Board and create your site directory, sign in as the administrator. You’ll see a banner at the top of the page with two options:
Select a plan
Opens the Get Review Board page, where you can compare plans and sign up. After filling out the registration form, you’ll receive an activation code. The page will redirect back to your server to apply the code automatically.
You can choose a free trial license or purchase immediately. At the end of the trial period, you can either purchase a license or revert to Community Edition. Purchases can be made via credit card or PO/invoice.
Enter activation code
Use this if you already have an activation code (for example, after signing up on a different machine, or because your purchasing team sent you one). Paste the code into the form and your server will activate.
Trials and Billing¶
Trial licenses are time-limited and give you full access to the paid features for your chosen plan. When the trial expires, the server returns to Community Edition unless you purchase a subscription.
Both monthly and annual billing are available, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual billing is offered at a lower per-user rate.
Existing Power Pack and Support Customers¶
The new plans replace the previous add-on model for support contracts and Power Pack licenses. If you’re already a paying customer:
Your existing contracts and benefits remain in effect.
You’ll be helped through activating your upgraded server when you’re ready.
You can continue to use stand-alone Power Pack licenses and support add-ons, or move to the new plans at your discretion.
If you’re not sure which path applies to you, contact us at sales@beanbaginc.com or through your existing support channel.
