909: Add "ship it" status for logged in user in the dashboard.

Related to issue 277 and issue 396.

I'd like to have a "my ship-it status" column for the dashboard added so I 
can see which reviews I'm done with.

Also, another column showing (number of ship-it!) out of (number of requested 
reviewers).

These should probably be two different requests (easier to close out that way).

We could probably update the "My comments" section to include this information,
instead of adding another column to this.
