5013: Invalid diff files don't produce error message

  1. Upload an invalid diff file using the "Select" button.
    2. 



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


Expected to see an error message like in previous versions of Review Board.

Instead, the "Select" button disappears, but there is no error message or page displayed to the user. In previous versions of Review Board (5.x and earlier), an error message was displayed and the user was given information about the error.
