3242: Add a colored border to unfocused single-line inlineEditors.

This is an issue with the 2.0 Review Request layout. When editing a single-line entry with inlineEditor, there's no "OK" or "Cancel" buttons anymore. This makes it a little weird if you edit the summary and don't hit enter, and you don't get a draft bar. We should try to draw people's attention to un-saved inline editors.
