What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to your Review Board instance using IE8 or 9.
2. Click the "All Review Requests" tab and click on one review request.
3. Click "Add comment". The comment text box never appears so we can't enter a comment.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should be able to enter a comment.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7 / IE8/9
