Update a review request.
Add text in "Describe your changes" which includes Markdown.  Also enable "Enable Markdown" checkbox.
Publish changes.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Received HTML email does not render text in "Changes" field with Markdown-based styling.  Description and Testing fields are rendered correctly.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
CentOS 6.x, Outlook 2013 email client
