What version are you running?
2.0.1

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP. It doesn't matter which browser. I have tried with Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have configured our subversion repository in Review Board and our branches are nicely shown in
the dropdown list when creating a new review request. When choosing a branch the commits done on that
branch are shown, BUT there is also a lot of other commits shown not done on that branch. I'm not sure how
you gather the commit information but you include too many commits not belonging to the chosen branch.
Maybe they are referenced in some mysterious way but as I said the commits are not done on the chosen
branch so they shouldn't be visible.

I'm seeing this same issue running 2.0.1 on Linux. Issue is seen on Chrome under MacOS and on Windows PCs running a variety of browsers.
