What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to a code review page and navigate to the "view diff"
2.Move the left button of "Diff Revision"
3.Then click on the "Download diff" button, you can see a "404 page not found" error
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should be a patch file`s content. Instead I see an error!
What operating system are you using? What browser?
