2305: Links to screenshots are broken in emails

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

N/A (email)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit a comment in an screenshot attached to a review
2. In the email reviewboard sends, the link to image is broken - it shows a path without the server: "/r/3082/s/98/"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the URL to be: "http://reviewboard/r/3082/s/98/"

What operating system are you using? What browser?

This sounds like the server name isn't properly configured in the settings.

The server name is properly configured, this is what I have:
General Settings / Site Settings / Server => http://reviewboard

Note that only comments made to images are delivered with broken links, regular comments are ok.
