1252: "Posted" date appears in the dashboard, but not in the review

When looking at the "Reviews" view, I can see timestamps for all activity
on the review (new comments added, new diffs, etc), but the timestamp of
the original posting of the review does not appear.  To get it, I have to
navigate back out to the Dashboard.  It seems a natural piece of
information to have available in the review itself.
