When editing the description or testing done fields of a review if a URL is
inserted between '<' and '>' an extra ';' is appended to the closing '>'
after the OK button is pressed. However if a non-URL is inserted between
the '<' and '>', it displays correctly.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
